Hei kaikki bikepolilaiset!

Tervetuloa osallistumaan Bikepoli ry:n sääntömääräiseen kevätkokoukseen, joka järjestetään keskiviikkona 25.02.2025 klo 17:00. Virallisena kokouspaikkana toimii Huoltopaja (Otakaari 20, Espoo). Jäsenistö voi myös halutessaan osallistua keskusteluun etäyhteydellä, mutta äänestykseen vaaditaan läsnäoloa.

Kokouksen esityslistalla on sääntömääräisten asioiden, kuten menneen vuoden toimintakertomuksen, tilinpäätöksen ja vastuuvapauden, sekä kuluvan vuoden budjetin ja toimintasuunnitelman esittely.

Hi all Bikepolians!

Welcome to the Bikepoli’s Spring General Meeting, which will take place on Wednesday 25.02.2026 at 17:00. The official venue will be Huoltopaja (Otakaari 20, Espoo), and members may also participate in conversation remotely if they wish. However, one needs to be present in order to cast a vote.

The agenda of the meeting includes the presentation of the statutory matters, such as the action report and financial statements for the past year and discharge from liability, as well as the budget and action plan for the current year.
